Hi, I’m Erin Leonard

I’m a certified Somatic Exercise Practitioner and a certified Holistic Health Practitioner. Helping people has always been a natural part of who I am and continues to shape the work I do.

Like many of us, I grew up carrying experiences that shaped the way my body learned to protect itself. Later, years of pushing through corporate stress layered on top of that early imprinting. My system eventually began speaking in the only language it had: nervous system overwhelm, hormonal shifts, sleep and digestion issues, inflammation, and a sense of being disconnected from myself. A slow accumulation of stress the body can no longer hold.

When I finally turned toward my own healing, I began to understand how deeply chronic stress and unresolved experiences live in the body. Somatic Exercises were the first thing that truly shifted something in me. It felt like my system was finally exhaling after holding its breath for far too long. I remember saying to myself “this is how I’m supposed to feel”.

That was the moment I knew this work wasn’t just for me. It was something I was meant to share.

Today, I guide others back into their bodies - gently, intuitively, and with deep respect for the wisdom that lives inside each of us. My work is about helping people unwind what they’ve been carrying, regulate their nervous systems, and return to a sense of ease that feels like coming home.
