Somatic Exercise gently unwinds this pattern.

Through slow, nervous‑system‑friendly movement, your body learns to release stored tension, soften protective holding patterns, and shift out of the cortisol loop. As your system regulates, people often notice changes they didn’t expect - deeper sleep, easier digestion, less inflammation, and the gradual release of stubborn cortisol‑related weight that wouldn’t budge through willpower or workouts.

Small group sessions are intimate, somatic‑based gatherings with a maximum of four participants, allowing each person to receive close attention, guidance, and support. The series includes eight sequential sessions designed to build upon each other and target specific areas for stress and trauma release
